Temperament
A good companion, forming a strong attachment to its master and family, they make great dogs for an active family and those with experience of professional hunting. They are, first and foremost, hunting dogs and will perform well in this role, but when in the home they will also interact well with children they are familiar with. They require specialised training and early socialisation.
