Temperament
The Ibizan Hound is a happy breed that dotes on his family and also acts as a protector, although he will relax quickly once he finds a new presence means no harm to him or his family. He learns quickly, but new introductions to the family, either in the form of babies or new pets, must be introduced slowly to ensure they are accepted by the Ibizan Hound.
