MOS (mannan-oligosaccharides) are made from yeast cell walls and their main function is to support the presence of beneficial bacteria and lower the levels of potentially harmful bacteria.
Mono-Protein diets are based on just one source of animal protein. A recipe with not only the animal protein but also all the other animal-derived ingredients coming from only one species can be considered as mono-species food.
